How To Do Lemonade Braids

Here is how to do lemonade braids:

1. Section off the top part where the braids fall in the face.
2. You want the design to fall exactly on the side of the head. Although every hair line is different.
3. Once you figure out the placement of the design, usually from the arch of the eye brow to the ear. Part that in half.
4. Braid four braids in a C – shape and bring it to the other side of the head.
5. For the fifth braid, you’ll braid around to the other side.
6. Make sure what you do to one section, do to the next. This will create a mirrored look and a pattern.
7. The rest you can freestyle a design.
8. Braid the other section to the front towards the face.
9. To make sure you don’t run out of space on the side, be SURE to part very skinny when you get to the part where the braids fall. This will keep braids flat and prevent braids laying on top of each other, which is not cute, right?
